Children’s Privacy

Our programs serve children, but our website and online registration services are intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and other adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through our website without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

Photos and Videos

Amuse may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and studio events. Our use of an identifiable student’s image or recording is governed by the media release, registration agreement, or other consent completed by the student’s parent or legal guardian.

Questions about an existing media release or requests concerning a particular image may be directed to us using the contact information below. We will consider removal requests when reasonably possible, but we may be unable to retrieve printed materials or content already distributed or shared by others.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send payment card numbers, banking information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured website forms.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the studio, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and safety obligations.
